You could be the recipient of one month of coaching, three 40 minute sessions, valued at $300.

The individual coaching relationship is a very personal one where we create and hold a safe, non-judgmental place for you to increase your awareness of a given situation with this new awareness. I encourage and support you to discover possible action or actions that will assist you in moving forward and creating a plan to do so.

Coaching works for any area of your life – personal or business. Each of us is here on a journey of personal growth. Part of my journey is to create a safe, encouraging space for you. Offering this month’s free coaching is one way I’ve made this service available to a wide range of people.
